Ziggurat (completely upgraded)
The Ziggurat Site is available as soon as you use an expansion to unlock the top-right area. At first the Ziggurat will produce 500 
every 24hrs. When upgraded you'll be able to collect building parts every day however you can't control which parts you get and often you'll get parts for building that are completely upgraded and are unnecessary.
